Please inspect your Trekker Cap when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue, so we can assess and resolve it quickly.
If you experience a manufacturing or workmanship fault during normal use, please contact us with your order details and photos so we can assess the issue.
Normal wear and tear, abrasion, accidental damage, misuse, damage resulting from improper care, or natural fading and deterioration through use are not considered manufacturing faults.
Returns
If you change your mind, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
