The Ranger Poncho is built to handle real use. If any workmanship or material defect shows up within the first 12 months, we’ll repair or replace the poncho at no cost. This covers stitching failures, hardware issues, and faults in the fabric.
Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in unused condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be clean, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exclusions
Damage from normal wear, abrasion, incorrect care, or misuse isn’t covered under warranty — but if something happens, reach out. We’ll always try to help.
